Stay Connected with the New Palm Pre

from: ConsumerEvidence.com

There was once a time when Palm ruled was the leading brand in technology. The other companies came up with better models, and it then had to struggle to stay afloat. The new Palm Pre is about to change all that. The new OS and the smooth UI make this cell phone impressive.

The 3MP Camera phone holds more promise because it is able to capture more vivid pictures. It features universal search and commendable web integration. Whereas other phones require wires for charging, this one comes with a removable battery for touchstone charging. This basically means that the phone needs to be placed on a special pebble when it runs out of battery life.

All important contact information can be placed into the phone’s internal memory. But what makes this phone extremely smart is that it is able to take in information from your Gmail, Facebook, and Outlook accounts. You can now keep in touch online without having to bring your computer around. It is also able to update your calendar with a technology called synergy.

With the Palm Pre, it is possible to open various applications simultaneously. This may be the one of the many things you’ll appreciate because this would mean that you can listen to music on your handset while checking you mail on it or sending a text. As the underdog rises to break barriers and surpass its competitors, it is but natural that all old loyalties will resurrect. The Palm Pre storm definitely promises to be the biggest one yet.

Samsung Galaxy S III hands on: fast, thin, and a little bit cheap feeling

Samsung today launched its keenly anticipated Galaxy S III flagship Android phone. We played around with it at Samsung's remarkably expensive and busy event in London's Earl's Court. The hardware specs of the Galaxy S III are second to none. Quad-core 1.4GHz Exynos 4 processor (a Cortex A9 design, so essentially the same CPU core as found in the NVIDIA Tegra 3, Texas Instruments' OMAP 4, and ...

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 review

I really like reviewing products, but don’t have the time or patience to measure battery life or benchmark the CPU, etc. I'm more interested in how a product like Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 fits in the scheme of things. How it suits real people. So far, I think this tablet has gotten an unfair shake among major media. But the reviews at shopping sites tell the real story. This is a nice little tablet. The ...

Asus G75VW-AS71 (Core i7-3610QM)

Editor's Rating: User Rating: Good: The Asus G75VW-AS71 has a cutting-edge processor, a new Nvidia GPU, a slightly thinned-down body, a matte antiglare screen, and faster ports and connections than its predecessor, including tons of USB 3.0 ports and Thunderbolt. Bad: This laptop’s still not cheap: it may not be $2,000, but it’s far more expensive than the average laptop. And, let’s face it ...

HTC Desire C hands-on (video)

HTC gave us a quick session to play around with its latest handset, the Desire C . No, it's not part of the consolidated One series , nor is the company revealing precisely what that "C" stands for -- heaven forfend it's "cheap." While a humble 320 x 480 touchscreen and 600MHz processor might not set many smartphone obsessives' hearts a' racing, it still manages to eke out a HTC Sense-skinned ...
